Bill has sold over 400 homes in Malibu since 1990! Named "Rookie of the Year" his first year in the business, Bill has been an award-winning top producing sales agent for Coldwell Banker every year since.  In the Big Rock area alone, Bill has sold over 150 homes-a record unmatched by any other agent in any neighborhood.

As a regular speaker at various Coldwell Banker real estate meetings and conferences, Bill is expertly informed on everything from marketing and selling in difficult markets to statistics, market trends open houses, and internet marketing. For the last twelve years, Bill has spoken at a monthly market meeting with eleven other  top Westside agents representing virtually every part of our area.

Bill Rhodes was born in Texas, but spent most of his childhood in Panama, Central America. His father was a Colonel in the U.S. Army and as a result, Bill had a lot of practice moving while growing up. After college, Bill moved to El Paso, Texas where he met his wife, Cindy. In 1990, Bill, Cindy and their two sons moved to Malibu and in 1999 they bought and completed the remodel of their home on Malibu Road, where they are avid beach enthusiasts. Bill specializes in beach living since he and his family enjoy boating, kayaking, surfing, scuba diving, fishing, rock climbing and hiking.

In addition to living and working on Malibu Road, Bill Rhodes is currently serving as the President of the Malibu Road Association.
